| Cancellation policy outside peak period |
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled check in ie up to 24 hours before 2pm on day of check in, but a cancellation fee of 15% applies on any deposit amounts taken. If a reservation is cancelled within this 24 hour period, one night’s tariff will be charged.

| Cancellation policy during Peak Periods |
Once deposit is taken (usually within 10 days of making the reservation, but this is subject to Manager’s discretion), all cancellations are subject to a “refill or no refund” policy. This means that accommodation cost must be paid for each and every night that we cannot rebook the apartment. Any subsequent refund that is applicable once we have filled your apartment is subject to a 15% administration charge (15% of amount refunded) |
