Our peak seasons are the 24th Dec – 27th Jan, Easter and all public holiday long weekends.
You may cancel your booking for free any time up until 14 days prior to check-in. To receive your full refund, this must be requested via our Cancellation Form. For cancellations within less than 14 days of your check-in date, the refund amount amount offered will be any nights that we are able to re-sell, less a 20% admin fee (deducted from the value of the re-sold nights).
