Terms & Conditions

We have a number of straight-forward Terms & Conditions to ensure smooth stay for all our guests.

All bookings must be made online, and secure credit card payment is required at checkout.

For peak season bookings (24th Dec – 27th Jan, Easter, all public holiday long weekends), balance of accommodation cost is due 7 days prior to your arrival.

For peak season bookings (24th Dec – 27th Jan, Easter, all public holiday long weekends), no refunds will be made unless we can rebook your apartment, in which case we refund the nights booked (excluding deposit on 1st night’s accommodation) less 15% administration fee.

We have EFTPOS facilities and accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), a 1.5% surcharge applies to all credit cards. Terralong Terrace Apartments accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

PLEASE NOTE THAT RECEPTION IS CLOSED 25TH DECEMBER (CHRISTMAS DAY) SO NO CHECK INS OR CHECK OUTS ARE AVAILABLE THAT DAY

Cancellation/prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Child policies

Children of any age are welcome.
Children aged 18 years and above are considered adults at this property.

To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

Cot and extra bed policies

Cots are for children from 0 – 2 years old. Cot upon request is AUD 30 per stay

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

There is no capacity for extra beds at this property.

The maximum number of cots allowed depends on the room you choose. Please check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Age restriction

The minimum age for check-in is 18.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours

Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Other information for you

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card. There is a 3% charge when you pay with a Diners Club credit card.

Payment via Bank Transfer is also available. Please use the Special Requests Box at the time of booking, or contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The New South Wales Government has issued a mandatory code of conduct outlining the rights and obligations of people either hosting or renting accommodation on a short-term basis, including a complaints process.
